Located on Wilshire Boulevard and South Kenmore Avenue, 3345 Wilshire will be converted from office spaces to 202 apartment units with commercial space on the ground floor. The 12-story building will have a new contemporary custom exterior lighting design and brand new interiors featuring high-end and modern finishes. As well, residents will enjoy ample community space with its outdoor deck, complete with a BBQ area, lounge areas. The project will be complete in Summer of 2018.
